Eda's study tips

Be aware of this before you start studying: Are you sleepy, hungry, or thirsty?

Lacking motivation? Then imagine it’s 9 p.m. and you are stressed, you won’t finish your homework in time. You time-traveled to now. What would you do?

Prioritize what you don’t know.

Don’t want to do anything? Think about this: What do you NOT want to do the least?

Use doodles, stories and method of loci (Sherlock Holmes) for remembering things/notetaking.

Plan your week—when do you need to/get to go to office hours?

Sleep not only before the test but also before studying. It helps with learning.

Of course, sleep and eat well, and don’t cram. Study groups might be good as well.

Study with a mirror next to you/record yourself/work at school or a library to keep yourself accountable.

Pay attention to & make notes of what the testers can trick you with.

You don’t need to rush for the AP exam questions. Read every part of questions and make sure you understand why they even give you that info (especially for AP Calculus). If one of the answers is about derivatives while the rest are integrals, you probably shouldn’t choose that one.
